What began as a simple act of generosity has grown into a thriving family business rooted in wellness, education, and community.

 

In 2021, Ivy Jackson founded Ivy's Herbs after sharing her homemade 12-ounce herbal teas with a friend. While giving them away, someone asked if they could purchase a bottle. That single question sparked an idea, and the rest is history.

 

Drawing from a lifetime of experience with herbs, Ivy began creating unique herbal tea blends by thoughtfully combining herbs that were earthy, gentle, and nourishing. Growing up, herbs were a natural part of everyday life—from watching them grow in her mother's garden to incorporating them into her family's wellness practices. Those early experiences planted the seeds for what would eventually become Ivy's Herbs.

 

With more than 30 years of experience as a nurse, Ivy has dedicated her life to caring for others. Her years in healthcare strengthened her passion for helping people feel their best and inspired her to educate others about incorporating herbs into a healthy lifestyle. She believes wellness begins with intentional choices and that nature has much to offer when paired with knowledge and care.

 

Family is at the heart of everything Ivy does. Whether you're visiting a community event or a pop-up shop, you'll often find her children and grandchildren by her side. For Ivy, Ivy's Herbs is more than a business—it's a legacy. She is passionate about creating generational wealth, building opportunities for her family, and inspiring others to do the same while serving their communities with purpose.

 

Today, Ivy continues to share her passion for herbal wellness through thoughtfully crafted products, education, and genuine care for every person she meets.

Executive Assistant

Brianna Crawford serves as the Executive Assistant to Ivy Jackson, Founder of Ivy's Herbs, where she combines her passion for service with her expertise in business development, operations, and marketing.

 

With a Master's degree in Psychology and professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL Foundation, Brianna has played a pivotal role in helping Ivy's Herbs grow from a vision into an established wellness brand. From designing the company's logo and marketing materials to developing business agreements, creating operational systems, managing invoicing, and securing partnerships with restaurants and health food stores, she has helped build the foundation that allows the business to reach more communities.

 

Before joining Ivy's Herbs, Brianna successfully owned and operated her own vending machine business, where she discovered her passion for building businesses from the ground up. She is largely self-taught in branding, marketing, business operations, and strategic growth, believing that continuous learning is one of the greatest investments anyone can make.

 

For more than 12 years, Brianna has incorporated herbs into her own wellness journey. While her expertise is in business development and operations, she is passionate about making herbal education approachable and helping more people understand the benefits of living intentionally and caring for their health naturally.

 

Above all, Brianna believes serving others is one of life's greatest privileges.
